Our experience with Melanie was nothing short of exceptional. Our first meeting we had with her also included a loan officer that she has worked with for a long time now. While there was no pressure to use whoever I liked for lending, we were able to get all of the numbers broken down in advance for each of the homes we had interest in. We decided to use her recommended lender. We felt very well informed about everything we were doing every step of the way.
