I really can't recommend Melanie enough. Buying a house right now is intense, but she made the whole thing feel totally manageable, which is saying a lot since we were doing this from across the country! I wasn't able to be there in person to look at houses, but the virtual tours she provided were so detailed it honestly felt like we were walking right through the front door. We just closed on our place in Valrico, and looking back, I'm amazed at how much she juggled for us behind the scenes. She managed several different crucial inspections and handled all the necessary closing appointments without us even having to be there. It was such a massive lifesaver.
