CREATING YOUR PERSONALIZED PLAN

Upon meeting at your home, assessing your timeframe, and determining what we need to do to sell your home for maximum profit, we create a personalized plan. This includes a timeline and checklist to prep your home, contacts of handyman/contractors as needed, and the timeline on our end of what we will need to do. We will let you know exactly what to add/remove and work with you to make this as easy and stress-free as possible!
